Native Pasta with Lunch and Wine Tasting (Hastwell & Lightfoot)

You will make fresh tagliatelle from scratch, with toasted wattleseed worked through the dough for a warm, nutty, distinctly Australian character. We then toss it through a cacio e pepe given a Fleurieu twist with native pepperberry, the classic cheese and pepper sauce reimagined with a gentle bush heat. Throughout, you will enjoy a guided tasting of Hastwell & Lightfoot wines, matched so you understand why each pour sings with the food. To finish, a lemon myrtle and desert lime tiramisu, fragrant and citrusy, before everyone settles in to a shared lunch together. Hands on, sociable, and set in one of the region's loveliest spots.
